Job Title: Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LP) – Full Time/Part Time | Remote, Hybrid, or In-Person

Position Overview: Sageberry Psychology is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LP) to join our growing team. This position offers flexible scheduling options, including full-time or part-time hours, and the ability to work remotely, in-person, or in a hybrid model. The ideal candidate is fully licensed to practice independently and is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Conduct develop treatment plans and monitor progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with clients to set goals and evaluate outcomes.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements.

• Maintain licensure requirements.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

• Current, unrestricted license to practice independently as an LPC, LCSW, or LP in Mississippi.

• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations preferred.

• Strong clinical skills and proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
