For private pay clients, a flat fee of $1,800 is divided across three sessions: Intake ($250), Testing ($1,300), & Feedback ($250).
For insurance clients with BCBS, your benefits will be explored and discussed with you with an estimate provided on what your insurance does and does not cover. Each insurance plan varies, therefore we check each on individually.
If other areas that are covered by insurance are being explored & you want to additionally examine learning concerns like Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, or Dyscalculia, there is an additional $250 charge, as these are not covered by insurance.
For Pre-Adoptive Parents, a flat fee of $600 per adult is charged.

We value all of your client’s time as well as our therapists. Cancellations must be made before 24 hours or a fee will be charged.
Counseling Cancelation/No Show: Cost of the session
Testing Cancellation/No Show: Cost of the intake or feedback session. $500 for a testing appointment.

Maybe! We can provide a document called a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance. This document has all the technical billing codes that were used for your services. Your insurance then decides if and what amount they will reimburse. Some services are not covered by insurance like testing for educational learning concerns and couples therapy.
